- By making a booking on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The skip was not delivered or was delayed due to issues on our end.
- The skip provided was not as described or was damaged and could not be used.
- The customer canceled the booking within the eligible cancellation period (see Cancellation Policy below).
Conditions for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
- Proof of booking (e.g., receipt or confirmation email) must be provided with the refund request.
- Refunds are not applicable for unused skips after successful delivery unless there is a verifiable service issue on our part.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made outside the eligible cancellation period.
- Refunds are not applicable if the skip was used, damaged by the customer, or mishandled after delivery.
- Any additional fees for late returns, extra removals, or damages are non-refundable.
Process for Refunds
- Refund requests can be initiated by contacting us at operations@skipservicesbb.com or visiting our office at The Belle Plantation St Michael Barbados.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellations
- Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time without incurring any cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
Automatic Cancellations
- Skip bookings may be automatically canceled by us in cases of:
- Non-payment or payment failure.
- Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
- Service unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.
Process for Cancellations
- Cancellations can be requested by contacting our customer support team at operations@skipservicesbb.com.
- Once a cancellation request is processed, any eligible refunds will be initiated as per the Refund Policy.
4. Payment Disputes
- For any disputes related to payments, please contact us immediately at operations@skipservicesbb.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
- Disputes resolved through communication are often faster and avoid additional fees.
